
Yogalates is a type of exercise that combines yoga and pilates. This approach combines the different principles and movements of yoga and pilates to increase flexibility, strength, balance and awareness of the body, offering participants the benefits of both practices.
The flow and poses in the session are designed to strengthen the body, build flexibility and improve posture, while also emphasizing yoga elements such as breath control and mindfulness.
Our Yogalates classes begin with stretching movements in the form of yoga practice, continue with yoga flow, then add core and hip strengthening pilates movements, and finally end with yoga stretches, breathing exercises, and Savasana.
