Children's Yoga
"With Kids Yoga, little ones embark on a fun and educational journey while discovering the balance between their bodies and minds."

In today's screen and internet world, we all need to move, but especially children...
It is unfortunately true that our children now spend more time at home in front of the screen instead of playing outside. As a result, both muscle and bone development processes slow down and their concentration periods decrease. In order to prevent this, many psychologists / pedagogues recommend Child / Youth Yoga to families.
Let's look at some of the physical, mental and emotional benefits of children's yoga:
- muscular, bone system,
development of flexibility and balance
- memory development
- immune system development, increased imagination and creativity, increased self-confidence and self-esteem
- deepening of attention and focus skills
- increased ability to cope with stress
Our aim with children's yoga classes is to teach children the principles of yoga in both physical and mental aspects and to help them develop their physical health, flexibility, balance, stress management and mental focus. We will make our exercises interesting by doing them with games and we will both entertain our children and enable them to move through poses woven into stories. While the breathing and meditation exercises we will do will support them in developing their stress management and mental focus skills, we will also help activate their imagination.
The lessons for this age group will last between 30-40 minutes, depending on the group dynamics and their attention span. We recommend that children participate with a mat for their safety and to prevent slipping.
