Rocket Yoga(Intermediate-Advanced Level)

Rocket Yoga is an adaptation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, developed by Larry Schultz in the mid-1980s. It was designed to make the strict sequence of Ashtanga Yoga more accessible and modifiable. This method aims to make yoga practice open to practitioners of all levels, while allowing for a faster pace of movement and greater freedom between poses.

Rocket Yoga gets its name, "Rocket", from the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the practice. This style of yoga includes challenging poses designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance, while also allowing the practitioner to explore and transcend the limitations of their own body. Deep breathing encourages detoxification and enhances mental focus.
