Post Pregnancy Strengthening Yoga
Our Postpartum Yoga class offers an experience that supports your body and mind by focusing on postpartum recovery.

Your baby has arrived and your life has taken a completely different turn. But what do they say, first your own oxygen mask, then your child's :)
Postpartum yoga classes are yoga sessions specifically designed to support new mothers' postpartum recovery, reduce stress, strengthen muscles and provide mental relaxation.
These classes are designed to strengthen the body and increase flexibility after birth, and are also beneficial for the emotional and mental well-being of new mothers.
It is important to talk to your doctor before attending the classes and make sure that yoga is appropriate for you to start, depending on your postpartum recovery process. This process varies from person to person, but on average it can take two to four months after birth. It is also recommended that you attend these classes under the supervision of a certified yoga instructor. In these classes, we will balance our energy by relaxing with breathing exercises, strengthen our pelvic floor muscles with pelvic floor exercises and protect ourselves from discomfort that may occur in the long term (such as urinary incontinence), strengthen our abdominal muscles again and increase our flexibility. We will apply special yoga poses to relieve or prevent pain in your waist and back, which may occur after an epidural, during breastfeeding or while taking care of your baby in general (such as lifting and rocking).
Remember, as your body and nervous system relax, your entire mind will also relax and your connection with your baby will reach very different dimensions.
