Youth Yoga
"Our teen and adolescent yoga sessions guide young people on a journey of discovery of physical health, mental balance and self-esteem."

Have the difficulties increased as children grow older, and are the most important ones mental processes? We hear this frequently from parents of this age group and pedagogues/psychologists. They need movement. As they move, they help regulate their nervous systems and manage stress… As the name suggests, adolescence… We have all gone through these processes at different intensities. Now, there is a very good application that can help children during this period, Youth Yoga.
Let's take a look at what we do together in these lessons;
- Our sessions will now proceed similarly to adult classes and we will practice yoga poses.
- Our youth will strengthen their bodies and increase their flexibility.
- If they also exercise in different sports, yoga practices will support their development in those areas as well.
- They will experience accepting themselves both physically and mentally and developing a positive body image.
- They will learn to manage rapid emotional fluctuations through breathing and meditation exercises, and thus develop focus and concentrate better in school work and daily life.
We can almost hear you saying, “I wish it was around in our time too.” :) That’s what we say…
We recommend that our youth attend our 45-minute lessons with a mat for their safety.
