Lemon Fit 21 Day Program Details:

The Lemon Fit Program, which we started as Lemon Tree Yoga, focuses on strengthening your body, accelerating fat burning and increasing mental endurance with 30-minute classes every morning and evening for 21 days. This program emphasizes the positive changes that regular exercise creates in the body and mind, and aims to achieve a balanced form with strengthening and stretching movements.

Why 21 Days?

Scientific research shows that it takes an average of 21 days to form a new habit or change an existing one. This period is an ideal time to bring a new order to both your body and mind. With regular practice, the body begins to tighten, muscle endurance increases and metabolism accelerates. Our program aims to transform our participants both physically and spiritually during this critical period.

Focused Areas and Applications:
Cardio and Fat Burning: Each class includes cardio moves that increase your heart rate and accelerate fat burning. The goal is to reduce body fat by increasing metabolism.
• Strength and Endurance: Includes exercises focused on both the lower and upper body, with movements that strengthen muscle groups. Strengthening is targeted with exercises that focus particularly on the abdominal, hip and leg muscles.
• Flexibility and Mobility: Strengthening poses are part of the program, as are flexibility-enhancing movements, so muscles remain flexible while tightening.
