Isil Ulku

Işıl's yoga journey started in 2017.

In 2019, she expanded her yoga knowledge by attending Izmir Karuna Yoga's 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.

Later, she increased her interest and knowledge in Vinyasa Yoga by attending Sinem Er's 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Training program. During this process, she gained experience by assisting Sinem Er in her training and Gökçe Ergin's 50-hour Vinyasa Yoga Specialization Program.

Her educational journey also includes Yoga Class Series Art, Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Therapy/Vini Yoga, Breathing and Meditation trainings. She expanded her yoga knowledge with Yin Yoga Teacher Training from Anandam Yoga School (Germany/Cologne) based in Rishikesh, India.

Focusing on Vinyasa Yoga, Işıl offers compassionate, inclusive and mindfulness-oriented teaching that emphasizes the integrity of body, breath and mind.

She shapes her lessons by adhering to the principle of A-himsa (non-violence). She has been practicing Asthanga Yoga in the MY Sore style for over a year and conveys her passion for yoga to her students.

He continues his learning and research journey by blending the training he received from different schools and giving individual and online group lessons.

Throughout her career as a yoga instructor, Işıl has participated in many special workshops, especially on topics such as hand-arm balances, inversions, backbends, antigravity yoga and guidance with hands. In these events, she has gained in-depth knowledge on various techniques and styles in yoga practice and developed these skills. In addition, she has transferred the experiences she gained in teaching these workshops to her own yoga camp and Vinyasa Yoga workshops, thus increasing her interaction within the yoga community and her teaching skills.

Besides yoga, Işıl loves traveling, reading, and swimming, and she sees these passions as part of her yoga practice.

Işıl is also a traveler and yogi who likes to take her yoga practice with her on her trips abroad.

He collects special memories from every place he visits, and his snow globe, magnet and mug collections hold an important place among these memories. These items reflect the story and cultural texture of each place he visits, making the diversity and color of the world a part of his life.

Işıl's yoga journey offers her constant opportunities to learn and discover. Sharing the teachings of yoga with people is not only a way for her to transfer knowledge, but also to open new doors of knowledge and understanding for herself. In this process, she continues to explore the depths of yoga practice and guide this journey, both as a teacher and a student.
