
Ilknur Janissary
İlknur first encountered yoga in 2015, when she wanted to escape the inactivity of her corporate work life.
Living in Cyprus, İlknur took part in team sports such as Underwater Rugby and Underwater Hockey during her university years due to her love and interest in the sea. The power of breath, the calmness of the mind, and the healing effect arising from the union of movement and breath have attracted her attention since those years.
The yoga journey has moved to a completely different place with the Basic Vinyasa Yoga Specialization Training with Sinem Er in 2022.
Immediately after this training, she gained new information about course design with the 30-Hour Yoga Class Series Art training with Sinem Er, and additionally completed the 100-hour Breathing and Meditation Training with Seçkin Çelebi.
He began to transfer the knowledge he gained from the training he received through individual and group lessons on online platforms and face-to-face. All of his lessons integrate Vinyasa flows with breathing and meditation.
She gained a broader perspective on yoga with the 50-hour Yoga Therapy training with Banu Çadırcı.
In 2023, she worked as an assistant in the 200-hour Basic Vinyasa Yoga Specialization Training opened by Sinem Er and the 50-hour Vinyasa Specialization Program with Gökçe Ergin.
She specialized in this field by attending the 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training organized by India-based Anandam Yoga School in Cologne, Germany.
He continues to improve himself with various trainings and workshops.
In this journey that she has embarked on, her main goals are to help people who attend her classes achieve physical and mental integrity with the experiences she has gained as a yoga instructor and student; to present yoga practice by combining it with breathing and meditation techniques, and to encourage people to live a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
Apart from practicing yoga, her favorite activities are traveling, spending time in nature and by the sea, swimming and reading books.
