Rocket Yoga was developed by Larry Schultz as a more accessible and dynamic version of Ashtanga Yoga.

This unique yoga style has three main series, each appealing to yogis at different levels.

Rocket Yoga Series and Details:

1. Rocket I: Combines the First and Second Series of Ashtanga. Increases strength, flexibility and balance with foundational poses and flows. Perfect for beginner yogis.
2. Rocket II: Includes advanced backbends and arm balances. Offers more poses than Ashtanga's Second Series and is a bit more challenging.
3. Rocket III ( also known as “Rocket III”): It is a combination of the first two series and is also known as “Happy Hour”.

This series, which includes all of the Rocket poses, is the most comprehensive and challenging practice.

Rocket Yoga helps yogis of all levels push their personal boundaries, gain strength and flexibility, and mentally focus and relax.
